A Special Christmas Message from Jim Woster

Welcome to Corn Comments! I’m Jim Woster and we are brought to you by the South Dakota Corn Utilization Council, a volunteer group of farmers, who promote corn in this state, the United States and around the globe.

On a personal note, as we approach the most blessed day of the year, I want to say thank you to that volunteer group of farmers for all that they do to support our states number one industry and to all our farm and ranch folks, who volunteer throughout the year. Yes, this is a wonderful time of year, as we look forward to this weekend. Christmas Eve and Christmas day are so special to so many and that includes the beauty and meaning of the sound of our bells and church choirs. It is the season of joy and happiness, which culminates when families gather to worship and feast and pause to remember the true meaning of this most holy time of year. To also offer a prayer of hope for all those less fortunate, who may be struggling for reasons of health, loneliness or who live in one of the many regions, who are war. Ours is truly a blessed nation.

On behalf of the South Dakota Corn Utilization Council, thanks for all that you do and have a joy filled Christmas.
